Audited Supplier We are a professional manufacturer of Kiln Dried Live Edge Slabs , our factory is located in NO88 XingYuan Rd, Rugao City, Nantong City, we kiln dry the slab timber and keep moisture at 8%-12% to avoid any crack and warp, if you have special request we can dry to 7%-9%, we sand the surface and edges to 240# and finish the surface with UV lacquer or Wax oil.
Our factory land 6000M2, all the production progresses are mechanized, we cut and kiln dry 3000M3, and work out over 1000M3 sawn timber per month, which can proceed into10 containers of Live edge slab tables per month.
We package each table top with Shrink Wrapping Film, then package each table set in carton box individually, then packaged in strong wood pallet, we use MDF boards and corner protectors around the pallet to promise its stability, when loading into container, we put airbags between each pallet to avoid shake during delivery.
